Collect Data from existing PLC program and store it in a SQL database for reporting using a desktop software

I have worked with plc previously gathering info , I dont know how extensive is your SCADA system if the PLC is already giving info (txt, html, xml etc..), due to this is the 30 days scheduled.

De forma general la propuesta consiste en conectarse a tu PLC para obtener los datos, luego, de ser necesario, transformar los datos en los tipos de datos correctos para SQL, y para finalizar almacenar en la base de datos SQL. De forma detallada, la solución es crear un JOB de Base de datos que se programe en el momento que tu creas conveniente, y que ejecute un paquete de integración que haga el trabajo. Se crearía un paquete de integración (SSIS) para leer los datos y de ser necesario transformaría los datos a tipos de dato compatibles a SQL y se almacenaría en la base de datos de SQL Server.

What PLC program are you currently using to capture your machine data? Also, what type of analysis and reporting would you like to do? Are you currently a Microsoft shop? Are you needing this data to be real time? Do you have a SQL environment already set up so that we can connect to it?
