Hello Sir, We have gone through the project description and understood the requirements of the project. We got an idea about the features of the software and can definitely built this kind of application. However, we would like to ask that are you looking for a web application or mobile application? In case of web app, we would like to develop it in PHP using mssql server and in case of mobile app we would like to develop it in hybrid platform using Xamarin. Basically, the users will upload excel sheets into data grid and then can be exported to DB. Then again, the same process can be repeated backwards. The data grid should editable as in the users should be able to update/delete/insert data into the data grid. Notifications in case of any conflicts while importing to data grid. And lastly, audit trailing to keep a track of the actions happening in a sequence. As for now, this is our understanding so please let us know if you want anything additional or if we have understood it differently.
