Hi, I know how to do it perfectly. I generally do such app as Desktop App if client need for his own single domain as that make sense and you will have all files in your machine. However to run as script, I can provide as PHP Script, but that you need to upload somewhere to able to run, and I assume you already know how to run PHP Script and can manage to run script or it can be written in a way that you upload the script to your server, and script will download files from [login to view URL] and placed them in appropriate directory in your server, so that downloaded html based backup website can run instantly, and of course you can download backup using FTP or file manager or backup option from your cPanel. I hope you don't want to make is as service Web App for others, where anybody can put URL and can download backup ? If it is so, the approach of programming will be different and cost of app development will vary depending on other features. Please let me know how you want and it will be done.
