Wordpress Site + PHP application + IOS app + Android APP -- 2

Hi Freelancers. I need somebody to create a wordpress site that is a whole copy of this site [login to view URL] Site must responsive as same way the other site do. Everything should be able to edit trough wordpress. Beside that I need something nice backend system also where it’s possible for a user to create a profile, and create an request for an task. That including business users and private users. Its like an create a request and you get an offer. It’ should be separated system online and should be nicely coded in PHP and Jquery. The Idea is that a user login and create an offer for example, he want to get a lamp fixed at home and he create an request and the administrator bid on the task or the user already pay every month, then its free for him. The site should be 100% responsive and should be translated in danish. The Main function is : - Create users - Profile - Create a request - Change status of request (Only admin can do that, either the interface or through SMS confirmation) - Payment automatically every month (API provided) - Forgot Password - Login/Logout - Integrated with external billing system. Previous work have to be showed before anything. If sombody can make IOS application and android for this program also will also be nice. Wireframe for the ios app will be provided.
