WordPress Photo Gallery Plugin Development (visual composer element)

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED WordPress plugin developer to make a photo gallery plugin for us as a WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) element. Details: Photogallery plugin for Wordpress Built as a WP Bakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) Element 1. Sample to follow with revisions listed below: [login to view URL] 2. Back end interface must be very user friendly with no short codes 3. Must be fully responsive on all devices 4. Must be able to adjust number of columns (1 – 6) 5. Must be able to determine gap between photos (zero or no gap to x number of pixels) 6. Must be able to select from 3 hover states as follows: a. Hover option 1: transparent overlay animates over image as per above sample b. Hover option 2: image enlarges with transparent overlay c. Hover option 3: image rotates with transparent overlay 7. Must be able to turn on/off hover state as an option 8. Must be able to have a checkbox where you have the option to add captions to the photo or not For this, captions typically follow the default body text of the theme, but white in colour to be obvious on the overlay. Must be able to adjust color and opacity of transparent background overlay when image has been selected 11. Layout should be in a masonry grid based on the orientation of the image, just like the sample [login to view URL] (note how the third image, first row is taller than the others) 12. Must be able to dynamically set a anchor/focal point of where the image center views in the thumbnail preview 13. Must be able to drag and drop order of images 14. Must have LOAD MORE button at bottom when images reach a user designated number of rows This would be a drop down option for: - Show All - Lazy Load - Load More Button If load more button is selected, a tab controlling the button styling should appear - This button should be able to be adjusted for font style, color, size, etc. with a hover state as per sample.
