I need someone to build preferrably from scratch a fully enclosed WHMCS module that will allow me to take in VOIP CDR ( call records), and then rate them, and assign the data to cusotmers of WHMCS.
I.e.:
1. Customers Profile will have a module/addon in WHCMS against a product that will capture all their assigned phone numbers or number ranges
2. Customers will have a rating package applied to them based on the product ordered, selectable from a dropdown list in the admin portal. This rating packing will be uploaded to WHCMS via a global configuration page for this addon module.
3. CDR file will be pulled from a remote FTP server to the WHCMS server.
4. CDRs will be rated against point 2 above.
5. Output of rating will be assigned to the customers invoice/account in WHMCS and broken down into various elements: ( National Calls, Local Calls, Calls to Mobiles, International Calls, Calls to 13xx/13/18xx, and Misc).
6. Customer will see the summary on their invoice of these charges.
7. Charges will be subject to TAX rules of WHMCS
8. Customer will be able to download their CDR data from the WHCMS customer portal ( without the rated values. just the records)
9. Cron will update charges daily.
10. Customer credit limit warning of WHMCS will be invoked if the daily charges exceed specified limit.
