Ich benötige Änderungen zu einer vorhandenen Website Guten Tag. Wir sind ein Verein aus Dortmund der die Kinder- und Jugendförderung an Dortmunder Schulen unterstützt. Durch einen großen Auftrag sind wir gezwungen unser bisheriges System weiter auszubauen und auf die Hilfe einer Fachkraft angewiesen. In erster Linie geht es um die Vereinfachung der Verwaltung von ca. 140 [login to view URL] HP besteht bereits- ist allerdings auf einfache Bausteine eines Anbieters gestützt. In erster Linie soll ein interner Bereich entstehen mit dem die Mitarbeiter einen Rechnungsvordruck direkt online ausfüllen und an uns schicken können. Zudem sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen das sich die Mitarbeiter in eine dynamische Kursliste zu offenen Kursen zuteilen können. Insgesamt soll das System professioneller werden und unsere internen Abläufe (Zuteilung zu offenen Kursen/ rechnungsverarbeitung) deutlich vereinfachen. Auf welchem Anbieter basiert denn bisher das existierende System und soll dieses dann erweitert werden oder ein eigenes System mit den Anforderungen von Grund auf neu aufgebaut werden?
