webcam con ftp

Ho una cartella che mi salva le immagini via ftp di una webcam ogni 10 secondi Adesso bisogna creare in una pagina php un frame che pubblichi l’ultima immagine e si aggiorni coniìtinuamente per inserire sempre l’ultima, ma dovrebbe aggiornarsi solo il frame della webcam e non tutta la pagina, qualcuno potrebbe crearmi i relativi script funzionanti?

Considero fattibile lo script proposto, si potrebbe implementare lato client (browser) una chiamata temporizzata a cadenza regolare verso una funzione che gestisce la chiamata lato server, per ottenere il link all'ultima immagine catturata da webcam e visualizzarla nel frame.
