В международную команду в связи с активным ростом приглашается на полную занятость Web разработчик для работы над различными проектами в областях: - Legal Tech - Artificial Intelligence - Cognitive Science - Augmented Reality - Social Networks - Instant Messengers - Chat Bots Мы работаем удалённо с использованием научных подходов в организации дистанционной работы. Наша команда включает в себя специалистов из Германии, России, Беларуси, Украины и Молдовы. Наши работники имеют возможность до 2 месяцев в году работать из нашего Surf / Kite Camp на Канарском острове Лансароте. Зарплата: $1000-$3000 Ожидания к кандидату: - Способность участвовать в подготовке коммуникации с клиентом, поддерживая отдел работы с клиентом: помогать отвечать на эскалации клиентов, создавать предложения в ответ, прояснять альтернативы выбора, конвертировать стратегические цели владельца продукта в решения интерфейса. - Способность интерпретировать задачи клиента в сторону системы, создавать вопросы для консультации с системным инженером, понимать суть контента, приоритетность информации из области целей клиента и твоих решений для остальной команды проекта, заботиться о совместимости технологий. - Знание бест-практик продакт дизайна для создания интерфейсов. - Знание семантики платформ и рекомендаций разработчиков платформ в области создания понятности информационной структуры интерфейса. - Знание принципов и подходов к организации взаимодействия пользователей с интерфейсом продукта. - Способность создавать стабильный и безопасный код по проектным принципам качества, читаемый и удобный для тестирования. - Способность создавать переиспользуемый код. - Способность исследовать и обосновывать применение трендов и технологий в конкретных проектах. - Понимание требований к качеству продукта со стороны процессов он-лайн маркетинга. - Уверенный письменный английский. Технические ожидания и минимально необходимый набор навыков и знаний: - Опыт работы с symfony не менее 1 года. - Соблюдение принципа dry. - Умение использовать паттерны проектирования. - Хорошее знание и понимание ООП. - Владение git. - Опыт работы с тикет-системами (например, Mantis) - Хорошее знание компонентов Symfony. - Хорошее знание ORM (doctrine). - Способность работать с автоматическим unit-тестированием. - Способность работать с автоматическим функциональным тестированием. Желательно и заметно влияет на зарплату: - Опыт работы с Symfony 3-5 лет. - Умение создавать решения на базе паттернов проектирования. - Отличное знание компонентов Symfony. - Хорошие навыки проектирования модели данных. - Способность к анализу и декомпозиции проблем и составлению задач для их решения. - Отличное знание ORM (doctrine).
