I need to update the Warranty Registration pdf and email that is automatically generated on this page: [login to view URL] The PDF needs to contain our logo in the header, fit all of the warranty text and contact information text on one page. The Wordpress site has Gravity forms installed on it. I have attached a Word document showing what the pdf needs to look like. We also need to have our Request a Quote email be properly formatted. Currently the text displays all jumbled in emails without proper spacing. I have attached a PNG file showing what the email needs to look like. We also need to have all of the emails display our logo. Currently the logo is not being displayed. Attached is an image showing the spacing issue and missing logo of the email. The logo needs to also display correctly in the Brochure Request and Contact Us emails.

Missing Logo in email and elsewhere: Solution: upload the desired logo with filename as "[login to view URL]" at the following location using ftp credentials ftp://[login to view URL] Hope that works, you can contact me on more details Problem 2: Non-Formatting of the email and PDF: Solution : It would require re-coding of the custom email and pdf generation filed of Gravity forms. Can be done by me, or any lucky one you choose.
