Update a SIP Phone App for Android to enable upload to Amazon

I have a SIP phone app for android which was developed by a previous developer in Feb 2015. When trying to upload the binary to Amazon, I get the following error: "Failed to upload binary. The version name of an uploaded binary must not be blank" I also get a "login failed" message when I try to log into the app. I need someone to update the "version name" to the APK, and also to fix the "login failed" error. Once done, it will need to be uploaded back to "google play" and "Amazon" successfully. Please be ready to fix any issues that might occur during the upload to "google play" and "Amazon". I will also need to obviously test it on my Android to ensure that it works. Please do not bother to bid if you do not have the required solid experience of developing these types of Apps.
