Looking for a developer who can build up a software that can scrape users from groups and add them to another group. not a script but a easy use software. most be known with the telegram limits. the software must read list of users from sim cards and save them, each user will be automatic given a name like - adder1,adder2 and etc. each user must add up to 40 scraped users and change automaticly to the next adder.
