[login to view URL] I need the fields Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Email to be sent to my email. The credit card information should be sent to my merchant Stripe. The credit card info should NOT be sent to me or kept in in any of the SQL databases. The form is already active on my site (link above). I just need the back end to do the stuff I have listed above.
