We need a well coded, robust social media management tool. Hootsuite/Sendible clonscripts that can be found on internet, be used to accelerate the delivery, but standards must be kept. System should support; - Twitter profiles - Facebook profiles, pages and groups. - Google+ Pages - LinkedIn profiles, groups and companies - Foursquare profiles - WordPress - Blogspot System also must have sentiment module like sendible has. But analysis part is not required by freelancer. We have already access to a API which takes a text (tweet) as input, returns the sentiment ((positive or negative) or neutral)
