To whom it may concern, I can help you migrate your site to a GoDaddy server. Sounds like you want LAMP + the site installed and the data integrated. I wil be honest: I have done site installations before, however I expect some hiccups to occur because I have not migrated from a SquareSpace site until now. I also don't know what influence this will have on the WordPress site. I am also not a 100 % linux professional, however your task seems simple enough.
