Simple PHP admin panel for AB testing

Im looking to create a php admin panel that will let me randomize content on a page. For example, i need the page [login to view URL] to show the content from - 20% from [login to view URL] 20% [login to view URL] 60% [login to view URL] So the content copied in each one of these files and placed in [login to view URL] by percentage (it might be better to use numbers and not percentage, we can discuss it later) The system need to work remotely by simply placing a code on [login to view URL], this means that the admin will be on [login to view URL] and i will be able to control from it various websites - [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc... To add a new domain in the admin i will need the following - 1. Campaign Name (Editable) 2. Description (Editable) 3. URL's to randomize and percentage on to show for every page. (Editable) 4. Clicking on submit to generate campaign code that will be placed on [login to view URL] (or any other page we want to control). 5. Show Stats - show how much traffic each page got. Add the possibility to check how much traffic each page got by date and with date range. I need this be completed asap, please bid only if you can start right away and if you got the right skills and experience.
