Simple Parts Shipping System

Simple Parts Shipping System I require a simple PHP/MySQL script that will manage parts shipments using different freight companies. Basically a user will login, create a parts order for a customer, then select a freight company and enter a tracking number. Once a tracking # has been entered a shipping notification will be automatically emailed out. Add Shipment Page [Customer Name] [Mailing Address] (just a multi-line text box) [E-mail Address] [Parts] (just a multi-line text box) [Freight company] (to be selected from a drop down list) [Website] (to be selected from a drop down list) New Parts Shipment Page Will display the following: • Parts shipment id • Customer Name & Mailing Address • Parts • DateTime Received • Box to add tracking # (once added page reloads, then box changes to button “email shipping notification”) • Ability to Add/Edit Note • Ability to Change Freight Company Shipped Parts Page Will display the following: • Parts shipment id • Customer Name & Mailing Address • Parts • DateTime Received • DateTime Shipped / Email Notification Sent • Freight Company & Tracking # Admin Page Add/Edit/Delete Freight Company • Name • Website • Email Template Add/Edit/Delete Website • Our company sells from different websites so the cutomers will need to know where the parts will ship from. Edit Email Order Received Message Ability to edit the order received messages with instructions on how to enter variables in the script. Example Dear [Name], We have received the following parts order: [Parts] On [DateReceived] The order will be shipped to: [Mailing Address] You will receive an email notification when this parts order ships. Best regards, The Web Team Edit Order Shipped Message Ability to edit the general email messages with instructions on how to enter variables in the script. Dear [Name], Your parts order for: [Parts Order] Has shipped on [shipped date]. Your order has shipped with [freight company] and your tracking # is [tracking #] [freight company website and misc info] Change Admin Password I am looking for someone who does the following: • Creates normalized database • Clean, well formatted, and commented code • clean CSS template so I can change things around Good luck, and I look forward to working with you.
