I am looking for a script to put in to a new website - effectively a copy of [login to view URL] - so that a user can search for a trademark and there is a live link to the IPO/EUHIM Trademark databases to show whether a name is available or whether it is already registered. I do not know where to get the IPO Data from.. i cannot see online that they have a direct API or XML feed of anytype. i also do not know if they are using the IPO data or the European data at [login to view URL] Either way, my aim is to pretty much replicate what Trademark Eagle are doing. I do not need the website designing, i can do that myself, i just need a PHP script or similar to put into a wordpress site.
