Raise a complete new tech service on the internet. (No social media or shops ...)

Hi. I'm looking for someone, who have the ability, preformance and expirience for raising a complete new technical service to the public crowd on the internet, worldwide. - Tech is developed and stable, Runs already in private beta conditions. - Basic functions are already developed for the frontend-webpage to service the customers. - Desktop-tool for windows-users is developed and works. - There is to do design and develop some more for Frontend things for the public webpage (PHP) (Payment system, usermanagement, admin area for it ...) - It is possible, to combine this service with other already running global services and implement this there. - I could run this service by myself with some tech freaks, or i could sell it and help to setup/raise/manage the system.
