Protect HLS/HTTP streaming URL for multi viewer

I need solution with HLS/HTTP streaming, i'm trying to protect multistream. I need to provide me PHP file with NGINX configuration. Job request: - M3U Path = "/test/panel/stream/[login to view URL]" - username + password - connection number - all data will be stored in MySQL but for testing you don't need MYSQL use variable with static data 1. Creat PHP file to play stream to user (direct access to stream need to be blocked if username and password not good) 2. Creat some script to check if user watching stream and when new user try watch same URL with same username and password see what is connection number (if connection number is lower than provide play stream again to new user [keep old user] if the connection not lower than provided connection number block new user to watch keep old user to watch) I use PHP, Nginx! If you need any other language to make that please say first! The essential thing is that will not be some Web browser APP, stream will be played on IPTV players (VLC, SmartPhone APPS, STB and etc.), so PHP Session, PHP cookies will not work!
