Company looking to develop telephony virtual customer service agent. Interact with proprietary software and VOIP for inbound customer communications. Needs to capture information utter responses, translate spoken statements to text. Fuzzy logic capability to answer inquires beyond exact match parameters and an exception index that allows additional responses to be input to allow the agent to grow in its complexity. an interface that allows low tech individuals to evaluate error responses and create a corresponding utterance for future occurrences. Payment and balance evaluation/negotiation. Milestones areas of the conversation Intro Validation Intent of the call (4) specialties Call Recap Close Update proprietary software with call information/results. Company is interested in programming that goes beyond a simple list of canned responses but incorporates machine learning.
