PHP work for Video Site

Hello, I have some work to be done on my site + script. The script used is adult-watch. The script is made for php4 and apache, however we will be running on php5 and nginx. The main script functionality seems to be working well however some things need adjusting. The work needed is listed below with the type and estimated duration: 1- Troubleshooting, 1 hour: Convert it to PHP5. Originally, the script was written for PHP4 and some code polishing has been done to remove php5 notices & warnings, but there are still some places where it throws notices, so each page should be checked to have no warnings or notices. 2- Integration, 3 hours: Converting the rest of our PSD design to a theme that can be used for the script. The script is using the smarty template engine. Much of this skinning has been done but still some finalizing to do. 3- Compatibility, X hours: The script is running under apache and we need to run on nginx. We will transfer as soon as we finish with the first 2 points. We previously had issues with conversion and progress bar when we did this. We might run through those again. You will work with the system administrator on this. 4- Enhancement, 3 hours: Watermark Options should be added in the admin panel and on videos. 5- New Functionality, 2 hours: Add a "link" field under the video on the video playing page to store uploaders website for the video. Also add it when uploading video. 6- New Functionality, 2 hours: Get the "family filter" option working. This option was taken out and needs to be put back again. 7- New Functionality, 4 hours: Adding remote upload functionality. The script is using uber uploader. It is not the newest version which contains all options. I think upgrading uber uploader will render good results. 8- Optimizing, 6 hours: The script contains alot of un-used code and is sometimes not coded very well. The task here is to go through the main php code, remove the unused code, restructure it if needed, and get it optimized. NOTES: - This is running on NGINX not apache. Please take that into consideration. - The site does not contain any material or content. It will contain adult content later on. - Do not waste my time. This is the 3rd time I post this project because ppl don't read the given or assume they know something they do not. - As far as payment I prefer WU, but we can do anything you want. Payment is sent upon completion of project or point/task which ever you are comfortable with. You get paid for what you do. - The budget is less then $500 for the project.
