I would like to use the osdate script from tufat.com. But I need 4 modifications in the search form. The modifications are described in the file attached (screenshot). I want to use the senior template. Osdate version : the last 1.1.10. Osdate is a php / Mysql script. My request is only for the modifications, not the installation.
