US Only freelancers ---PrestaShop 1.6.1.4 W/Overrides - Install Presto-Chango's TaxCloud Module.

US Tax Law requires us to charge Tax for each state. We purchased & Installed Presto-Chango TaxCloud module, setup a TaxCloud account and connected both. Presto-Chango install service has been trying but can't seem to get it working. [login to view URL] transaction errors. Both payment modules work find until we activate the TaxCloud module. We just need someone with PrestaShop coding experience (including cart overrides) and Auth,net/Paypal modules. I need someone to create a test copy of our PrestaShop website, on our existing dedicated server and get the TaxCloud odule working. When complete, upload to the live host account for testing. We also have other projects lined up that will require a test location, including upgrading Presta version, adding a mega menu, etc.
