This project involves a small element of design input together with construction of a moderately complicated secured form linked to a secure database, that provides an estimated cost for registered & logged-in Users. So a secure User registration, with validation of their email & website URL, automated emails, secured Login. A webmaster interface to the database & ability to edit the variables used when a new record is created. In the attached PPTX , Word & XLSX files there is a description of the primary requirements, including the information needed from bidders. If you don't address the bid requirements in the Word file you will not be considered. The spreadsheet contains the form plus equations / logic & input formats for the form. 2 Powerpoint files show the draft website design which is not that visually appealing; consequently, within the constraints of the already established OKL theme, I would like a designer's recommendations to make the style, in the PPTX files, more attractive. The PPTX files contain approx 90% of the website elements, some of which extend below the slide. A website for use on a PC running Chrome, Firefox. I.E. or Edge is a definite requirement. I'd like to know the cost for this & then the cost for constructing the website to run on tablets.

1. Well, I would suggest creating this website using html5/css3 bootstrap framework so the website can be designed responsive and best viewed both in desktop and mobile devices. We shall create a mockup for homepage and PETROPHYSICAL PROJECT COST ESTIMATION form to show you the navigation structure and design interface. We shall create handy design interface for both desktop and mobile users to fill in the estimation form. 2. Front-end of the site would be HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap framework and Jquery Libraries to build more appealing website Backend of the site would be developed using PHP, MYSQL running in Apache web server for faster performance 3. Since we proposed to develop the project in PHP and MYSQL for backend and HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap framework and Jquery Libraries for front-end, we shall do client side validations using the Jquery libraries so the user inputs are validated and thrown errors on the fly without refreshing the browser. Once the user input data is validated in client site, it would be sent to webserver for server side validation through 64-bit encryption where the data are validated and sent back to users for any errors.
