I have worked on similar project for National University Health System Singapore to reach hand written doctor's prescriptions. That project was dropped because of rough writing of doctors but I know how we can recognize hand written characters. Please share some images of handwritten text you want to read so that I can check if I can read them with application and suggest the feasibility and possibility of this app. Thanks

I can do it easily what I will do is to make a database o word from handwriting and make my program learn there relevance that which handwriting letter represent what character. By using this type of learning mechanism I will apply it on whole document and extract your desired data with 85% accuracy this accuracy can be improved depending on the data and algorithm used. I have worked on OCR in past but not in hand written text. I can provide you quality code. As you know that 100% accuracy is not possible in such system. If you are ok with 60-70% accuracy then please give me opportunity to work on this project. I can work on no satisfaction no pay model
