We are a leading automotive retailer and the UK's largest in our field. For the purpose of streamlining our stock aquisition and automating internal system processes we require a stand-alone 'Automatic Number Plate Recognition' service that can be accessed via an API. The API will be hosted on our server and will therefore need to adhere to the following requirements: - PHP (5.6+) - Accessible through HTTPS - Accept JPEG/PNG images (uploaded or URI link) - Use OpenALPR The API should respond with a plain-text representation of any UK number plate it finds within the image.
