Need a teacher to guide me through some online java classes

Looking for someone who can create a shield for the nanoPi NEO Air that will have 3 buttons on it and a single digit number display. I am planning on taking this camera: [login to view URL] and connecting it to this: [login to view URL] I want to store pictures onto the NanoPi NEO Air Pictures will be sent over bluetooth to my phone app. I want to also connect 1 meter of these leds: [login to view URL] we will have a digital number display: [login to view URL] and 5 smd buttons for control [login to view URL] will also have another pcb made which that will connect via wires and will have 4 usb ports that you will be able to use to charge your phone and etc... I want to be able to plug this entire unit into the wall for power, and I also want it to be battery powered, so when the battery is low you can simply plug it into the wall and charge it. I want to be able to control the brightness of these leds as well. I also would like to be able to make them strobe/flash if needed although I know this is a software issue but I want to be able to make them strobe/flash with software if needed in the future. I also want to be able to send the stored images over bluetooth. I know that is a program issue but I will get that done in the future. For now I just want it to be ready for that to happen when the time comes. Also, I know the usb will not plug into the NEO Air because it does not have a usb 3.0 port, so lets just cut the usb connector and wire it manually.
