One more important thing when it comes to moving hosts is to back up email in your pc via a email client like mozilla thunderbird ,cause emails cannot be moved. I would suggest you to go with hostgator which is good at support and server speed, or if you have a low budget i can provide you a place to host on my server and provide you ftp and emails for extra 50$
