Mix our search with results from external API

We have a website under construction at [login to view URL] We want our search function to not only search in our database but search in Mercadolibre API(car listings) and show results in our website. It should show our database results first in results and then the ones parsed from Mercadolibre. The Mercadolibre listings will appear with same layout and design as our own but do not need to be saved on our database just called on each search.
