Magento 2 Payment Gateway - Redirection to bank's safe environment

We would like to create a payment module that will help us capture payments from our Magento 2 powered e-shop. The module needs to support versions 2.2.x, 2.3.x It needs to support payments in installments. That means there should be a configuration similar to [login to view URL] in the backend and the user should be able to choose whether to pay directly or in >2 installments. e.g. 50:2,100:4,200:6 would mean over 50euros / 2 installments over 100 euros / 4 installments etc etc The number of installments needs to be validated client / side and server side based on the amount the user chooses and the configuration. As a bonus it would be great if there's an option to choose for which shipping methods it will be available. We would like this to be done the Magento 2 recommended way via Payment Gateway API and don't extend CC or AbstractMethod Please answer after reading the manual and provide a bid as you see fit whether in budget or out of budget. We will decide based on a number of factors such as - relevant previous experience (payment gateways you've created) - overall rating - bid amount - timeframe - solid plan of implementation steps Since we're uploading the exact requirements for the implementation we won't accept any form of increase in price after initial bid or automated bids. It will actually make us ignore you forever as a possible partner in our projects. We won't accept delays in delivery times so be honest and provide an accurate timeframe. We respond to unreasonable delays by awarding to a different freelancer.
