Looking to have few functions fixed / added in WordPress

Hi there, I'm looking to have a few functions changed, fixes, tweaked and added. Here's the thing, I've got two websites, they are identical but their content changes. I mean identical in function. Both are a portal using WordPress plugins, both have a simple sign up, both ask users to upload things, both allow users to log in, etc... The scope of the project is that one site works like it should, but the second one doesn't. For example #1; on the first one, I can log in and I'm being directed to my profile page... while on the second site, I can log in, but I'm never redirected, so users have no place to submit postings. (quick fix). Example #2: Also, on first site, my sign up form shows up, and people can register, on second site some how its missing. (quick fix) Example #3: certain fields if not filled, should be auto filled with dummy stuff we would like to use, like URL's... but this doesn't happen. (quick fix) As you can see, I've got a few examples above, these are the type of fixes I'll need to have someone work with me on. I'm not looking to spend a ton and I pay up what I think is fair, just check my profile. Also, to validate you read this, whats the second example talk about?? just put signup form or installation of WordPress. So for those who post a bid like $500; go else where please.
