I work for a land development company where we take raw ground and develop it into residential lots that can then be purchased by custom or production home builders. We have numerous projects across numerous cities and states. We are looking to have a tracker with an associated dashboard and charts that help capture our main goal. The main goal that we need to track is New Lots (from new projects) in the current year need to be great than the Lots Sold (from current or past projects) in the past year. Additionally we want to be able to analyze future years and add a growth rate percentage to identify realistic future year's goals. An ideal tracker would have a tab or are where all information is entered and then have a separate area where a dashboard and/or charts could be viewed. Additionally, I would like this file or product to be visually appealing and simplistic. The final file or product would allow future updates to be implemented by me. Please see the attached file for further explanation.
