Javascript issue displaying wordpress site in IE9

We are having issues with our website displaying in actual IE9 version of browser. (Looks OK if viewing IE9 standards in developer tools). Our theme provider was not able to support us. They have mentioned: "It seems that there is some javascript error on your site which comes only in IE9 . Since our live site and other site on wplms are not facing any such issue, it is your site specific issue and we are unable to replicate this issue" So we need some help identifying the issue of the problem and a solution. We have a number of customers still using IE9.
