Hello, I have tried to write "Service Feedback Rating Page" that can be viewed within an app with no luck. The code is self explainary and I am attaching the code. What I want to create is Service Feedback Rating page for clinic and then upload the files to a server and provide the link within the app. The data/information to be submitted will be in Arabic language but that will not affect the code. Please go through the code and once you are able to figure out the issue and you are able to solve let me know. Otherwise, let me help you if you need more details.

Hello sir, I have read your projects details and as per i know we have to purchase the google mail id/ server to send mail from server to gmail and there are some settings done in the gmail. then only we can send mails.I have done projects where client needs their emails to be sent on their google id's. i have an option for you if you don't want to purchase the id I can make one page for you where whoever sends an message from there you can check daily through login to that page and the data is visible to only those who login to that page.I have also done this for my client. But i'll do in english language.
