FFMPEG Expert,
I currently have a script that encodes video files into MP4 files to play on my website.
The current FFMPEG settings are as follows:
-vcodec libx264 -movflags +faststart -threads 0 -r 25 -g 50 -crf 25 -me_method hex -trellis 0 -bf 8 -acodec aac -strict -2 -ar 44100 -ab 96k -f mp4
A little research tells me it's using libx264, move flags/faststart to seek the video file, encoding audio with aac and the bitrate.
All videos that the script is encoding are already mp4 files. The current command for ffmpeg (above) is throwing an error on SOME videos...
1. Malformed aac bitstream use -absf aac_adtstoasc (already tried this)... still gives the error.
2. ERROR Update video file [login to view URL]: 0 seconds, 48 bytes, cancelling this task.
I need FFMPEG Command Line optimized (within the limits of the script [login to view URL]) to produce the same video quality, lower audio quality, lower size (or equal to size as the original) and still supports all the features of the backend script I'm using (see link above).... without errors...
Please read and submit your bid.
Thanks
