Need a custom help desk with - Specific Look and feel. - Several operators. - Automatic new ticket sending to an email address. - Responsive - Hosted in our own servers. - Manage priorities in each ticket. - Registration / Password recovery - Image attachments - Email notifications when create, update. - Notification to supervisor and manager when a ticket is open several times, or with certain number of answers, or manually. - Report of tickets based in a status. - Bilingual English / Spanish. - It can be LAMP or Microsoft based.
