Flynax template modification fo Map Page

I need a developer to change header part of Flynax Premium template. Some tweaks in the header part for Map View Page. 1. Currently, the filters are at the left hand side. The filters will be moved to top like in [login to view URL] Keep the current CSS models can show different design no problem. But if CSS required to show the site properly, it is developers responsibity (like position, float etc.) 2. Currently there are categories tabs at the page that will be modified. This page will show only one category which is Property category. 3. At property category page: the map icon will go to this page. (extra info for you to understand better: On Search Result page There are 3 different Display types-List, Grid and Map. We have 5 main categories and Map Display shows on all of them. Map Icon will show only at Property category and when clicked it will go to the page that you will modify. 4. Please check these 2 sites to have an insight a.
