Filter Navigation Tree

Need coding for a dynamic navigation tree that is based on database information and is a filter for content in the main display section of the page. I will supply the database schema once we move forward, but the basic setup is a table of dealers, a table of lenders, a table of users and a table of jobs. Users are either dealers or lenders. For this piece of the project, lenders will log in and have a number of session variables assigned to them, which will be used to query which dealers they are associated with as well as which users are associated with the dealers. Looking at the attached image as an example - a lender user logs in and is presented with a filter tree on the left that lists all dealers associated with the lender (which the logged in user is associated with) as a parent link. Clicking on the parent arrow, the users associated with that dealer will be displayed (salesperson). This tree is only generated once as this will be a single page application. Clicking the dealer name will filter the jobs in the Content Section to display all jobs associated with that dealer. Clicking a child of the dealer (users associated with the dealer) will filter the jobs in Content Section to display only the jobs associated with that specific user from the parent dealer. Clicking the icon to the right of parents and children will pop up an info section with dealer or user details. You can use an existing jquery plugin for the tree like jstree or something similar, but it must be documented so that I can easily change the icons and styling without trying to figure out how the plugin works myself.
