Facebook Invite Friends

I am looking for a Invite Friends App to be developed for Facebook. In other words a person can use this app to invite their friends to a specified page on facebook. Also they can include a custom message to the friend or friends. They will be able to select an unlimited number of persons from their friends list to send this invitation too. Further more the app will be able to be placed inside of a facebook iframe so that It can be placed inside of a tab on a facebook fan page. I know this isn't that difficult for somebody who knows what they are doing so please bid accordingly. Thanks for your time!
