Dota 2 Replay Recorder

SO DONT WASTE OUR TIME!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am looking for someone with experience in Steam API and able to create me a program that can check a Dota 2 game replay and give me the best moments of that game. Here is an example: [login to view URL] That video is the final product, a gameplay, record with only moments where the player IceIceIce killed an enemy. So far what I know is that you can make this even using a simple macro program like Autohotkey, so you dont even need to be an expert programmer. Here is what I need: - Analyze a Dota 2 replay log, so you can generate the game highlights, see next item; - With this log in hands, the program will know everytime a specific player killed someone and then gonna save that game time; - With the game time, the program will record the replay jumping to each scene/game time when the kill happened; - This program must be able to let me choose the player I want to be the focus of this game; - We can record the game using mpeg command line (I got premiere here) or whatever you think is best acording to the program you will create; - Needs to generate a auto thumbnail for youtube based on the player hero and items he had; - After this replay is recorded, upload it to youtube, if cant be automatic, I can do it manually, no problem. - I need a very simple website that let me download the replays from a specific player account; - I need this program creates me an thumbnail image (1080p) with all items this player had.
