Details DB telegram bot

Hey :) i have few channels that i need some help manage them and keep posting stuff the bot i need will ask few question and in return will get text answers/photos answers and one video aswell all the answers will be saved on DB, it will have to notify me when someone send a form to register to channel manage, ill have to go over details looks all legit and then contact him give him permissions to channel. theres need to be another option to go over on managers easily like serching by @username/userID (userID-if the manager change username). looking for a dev that know the job and can do it quick :) send offers <3
