dating website bugs

I urgently need someone to help me with a site I have just installed for a client, the url and login is in the project clarification board above. The main problem is with the photo upload as photos are not showing, also when one is uploaded there is an error message when you try to delete it. I am hoping this will be very simple for someone to sort out quickly and will cost less than $30 but it does need to be done quickly.
