Custom WHMCS Affiliate Module (BUDGET $80)

Hello all, I am looking to be able to allow a lifetime affiliate for a certain client in WHMCS. There currently is no option to give my affiliates credit for all future orders under their referred client as long as the affiliate account is active. So having the ability to have a client assigned to affiliate, is what I need. I need to be able to manually assign an affiliate to a client. Like you can see in this link: [login to view URL] but it only has the ability to assign an affiliate to a certain order (not a client and be able to generate commissions to the referring affiliate every time a payment is made by the client.) So in short, I need to be able to manually assign an affiliate to a client, and be able to trigger lifetime commissions of all of the clients future orders while they are an active affiliate.
