CRM Freshworks Set Up

We are in need of a freelancer who can streamline our sales through the CRM Freshworks/FreshSales www.freshsales.io. We are exporting content from Tave [login to view URL] to Freshworks/FreshSales. We already have some leads/contacts in FreshSales, We need a pipeline set up and also have email scripts. However, we need someone to come in and organize, monitor and manage leads that are hot and leads that have went cold. You should be able to: 1. Improve our setup and ensure we that we have the optimum settings; 2. Create automated workflows ; 3. Auto send e-mail to new leads; 4. Auto send e-mail if lead doesn't reply within a certain timeframe; 5. Book call for the lead sales team member via Calendly (link will be provided); 6. Ensure Sales pipeline is set up properly; 7. Follow up on cold leads; 8. Help us getting comfortable with FreshSales and optimize our conversion;
