Creation of a similarity checker -- 2

I need the creation of a software controlling the level of similarities in my documents (plagiarism checker). It should be working like a plagiarism detector controlling the similarities between my documents and what is published online (for example, [login to view URL] is proposing this service) The software will be able to upload different kinds of documents (pdf and word) and to scan them. It should be able to work online and to highlight the similarities and show their sources in the right column of the document. This program will not use third party API and will have its own scanner / search engine that will crawl the data and compare the similarities in the document checked.
