Create a Wordpress Plugin

Hey guys, I’ve been searching somebody to create a plugin for Wordpress that takes a certain file/video from a storage place such as dropbox/Google drive, puts it on a temporary link where the file/video is streamed towards the customer and lastly makes the url unvalid or deletes the streaming url. IMPORTANT: The file may not be downloadable for the customer! The link/URL can only be created after the customer has paid! So there must be a connection with an ecommerce plugin OR the ecommerce part must be integrated directly. So the flow: The customer browses between different sale items (displayed as a GIF/Picture), buys a certain video (so clicks on a certain GIF/Picture and purchases it), has different payment options, after payment the VIDEO FLOW starts. VIDEO FLOW = starts after purchase and payment of customer, the ordered file (video) is taken from a storage place (can be anything: google drive, dropbox, ... , any of your favourite free storage places), this ordered file is put on a temporary streaming URL, that streaming URL is then displayed after the customer has paid. From the moment the customer clicks the URL, the streaming starts. From the moment the video has played once fully, the URL has to be made unvalid. So the customer can only view the video once and after that, the URL has to disappear. OR (if the previous thing is really hard to do): the URL has to be valid for a certain (per file adjustable) amount of time and afterwards become unvalid. Please explain how you will make your plugin, what will be integrated or coupled with your plugin and how it will work. Please also add which extra functionalities you think about and you would like to integrate too. Thank you in advance!
