Create/Install a Woocommerce Theme for Wordpress

I purchased the Canvas style woocommerce theme for my wordpress blog. I need help designing the layout and installing it in Wordpress. I have the logo for the store (PSD file); I also have the layered PDF for the Canvas style woocommerce theme. Just need a creative soul to design something nice. I also have the woosidebar addon and would like the design to be able to use widgets and the normal wordpress features for ease of use.
