Create a custom WordPress Plugin from existing PHP site

I need to take my existing site [login to view URL] and integrate it into my WordPress site here [login to view URL] I also need some other features. This is how the add site works, the user puts in their MySpace friend ID and the script pulls the users pic and puts the link to the pic in a database along with their friend ID. The site then displays it. The site database drops every couple of hours. There is also a VIP section that allows people to buy a set amount of days and it stays at the top for that long. I own currently 9 websites that all do the same thing for different applications on MySpace. HERE IS THE ADDITIONAL STUFF I NEED: 1) Create as many pages for different apps that I want and people can add themselves to just that page. 2) A button under each image except the VIP that if clicked will remove the person for the database. 3) A page that lets people remove themselves by putting in their friend ID and select what pages they want to be removed from. 4) A buy VIP page that lets people buy via PayPal a certain amount of day on any of the pages, if they select more than one then it gives them 25% off the total amount. On that page if they choose all of them then it gives 50% off total purchase and then it will add them to all pages and also on the front page of the wordpress site 5) I need to have a admin page on the backend that lets me see the people that are currently VIP for each page, ability to add a VIP by putting in a friend ID and a certain number of days. 6) Stats on the front page under the VIP's for all pages that have a number of: TOTAL ADDS SENT (Counts how many times people have clicked on peoples pictures) TOTAL ADDS SENT TODAY (same as above but just for that day) TOTAL USERS (total number of people that have added their friend ID to the site, not a unique number) TOTAL USERS TODAY (same as above but just for the day) LIKE I SAID THE CODE CAN BE USED FROM [login to view URL] SO IT SHOULDNT TAKE TO MUCH CODING I THINK
