Convert Zen Cart 1.2 template to Zen Cart 1.3

We need to upgrade a template made for zen cart 1.2 to zen cart 1.3. Payment be made after we successfully install the version 1.3 template you provide to us into our zen cart installation. You will not be required to do the installation, just convert the template. Images and php for previous template will be provided after a developer is selected. We do not want a new template designed, just the one provided converted. This should be an easy job for a Zen cart PHP expert. As part of your bid please explain your relevant experience converting zen cart 1.2 to 1.3 templates before bidding, as we have posted this project before and the winning bidder could not do the job.
